It is imperative that I am able to show them the value of combining strength and aerobic training. As the article suggests, the first step toward permanent healthy weight loss is to lose the diet and the diet mindset and incorporate a lifetime of nutritional eating and exercise that will lead to living a healthy, productive and enjoyable life.
