As a personal trainer and certified nutritionist, understanding the most effective way to lose fat quickly and safely is pivotal to my client’s needs. It is imperative that I am able to show them the value of combining strength and aerobic training. As the article suggests, the first step toward permanent healthy weight loss is to lose the diet and the diet mindset and incorporate a lifetime of nutritional eating and exercise that will lead to living a healthy, productive and enjoyable life.
