    Great source of information I have founded, that cover different types of PH acid/ alkaline food, and how these sources can affect your performance in the gym or at in competition. In addition will clear a lot of misconceptions as what we believe and herd from what it actually true. A true eye openers must read. vegetarian advantage. Highly recommended.
